Cambridge Corporate Photography
Workplace, team and leadership photography for Cambridge businesses. On-site, efficient, delivered fast. Preview within 24 hours.
Your website, your recruitment pages and your press releases are only as credible as the images on them. Stock photos look like stock photos. Phone snaps look like phone snaps. What works is photography of your actual people, in your actual workplace, looking like a business worth joining and worth buying from.
I’m Jean-Luc, founder of Cambridge Photographers, a seasoned photographer with 27 years behind the lens. I photograph corporate work across Cambridge and Cambridgeshire, from the Science Park to the Biomedical Campus, and I keep it efficient: your team loses minutes, not afternoons.
Who I photograph in Cambridge
Cambridge has a particular mix of work, and most of mine sits inside it. I photograph biotech and life-sciences teams on Cambridge Science Park and across the Biomedical Campus, including labs, founders and visiting investors. I work with fintech and software companies in the city and around Hills Road, with law firms on Trinity Street and St Andrew’s Street, and with the education sector: college admin offices, ARU departments, language schools and the occasional Bursar’s portrait. I photograph charities, membership bodies and public-sector teams when the brief fits.
Some work I cannot show. A Babraham Research Campus biotech, a Trinity Street law firm and a college development office have all asked me to keep their images internal, and I do. The pattern across all of it is the same: useful pictures, made calmly, on a working day.

What corporate photography covers
Corporate photography is the umbrella for the images a business needs to look credible and current:
- Workplace and culture photography. Your offices, labs and people at work, for websites and recruitment.
- Team and leadership photography. Group photos, board portraits, and the leadership page that finally matches the calibre of the leadership.
- Recruitment and employer-brand imagery. Real colleagues, real workspace, for careers pages and LinkedIn.
- PR and announcement photography. Funding rounds, new appointments, partnerships, openings.

Headshot days
Headshot days have their own page with the full logistics: setup, how many people fit in a half-day or full day, wardrobe guidance for the calendar invite, and per-person pricing. See Cambridge corporate headshots. The short version: I bring a portable backdrop, flashes and lights to your office, each person needs 5 to 7 minutes, and nobody has to perform.
Corporate photography pricing
Straightforward rates, no hidden fees and no VAT: £160 for the first hour, £100 each additional hour. Most single workplace shoots run 2 to 4 hours depending on shot list. Headshot days are priced per session with a per-person supplement — full details on the corporate headshots page.
| Duration | Price | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 1 hour | £160 | Smaller team |
| 2 hours | £260 | Small team |
| Half day | £460 | Medium team |
| Full day | £860 | Bigger team |
For businesses that need photography regularly, two partnership options:
Quarterly Headshot Refresh. Four sessions a year for new joiners and refreshed leadership shots, with a consistent visual style across all four. Indicative annual cost £3,400, scoped per company.
Brand Library Day. One full day on-site producing a complete refreshed image library: leadership, teams, workspace, product. Flat £1,950 including retouching and a delivered, tagged gallery.
Both are quoted properly after a short call. [Send us the brief →]
Where I photograph across Cambridge and Cambridgeshire
Why Choose Cambridge Corporate Photography
Most of my corporate work happens at the same handful of addresses. Cambridge Science Park for biotech, software and scale-ups. Cambridge Biomedical Campus for life sciences, clinical and hospital-adjacent teams. Granta Park and Babraham Research Campus for research-led companies. ARU (Anglia Ruskin University) for academic portraits and faculty work. The West Hub on the West Cambridge site for conferences, talks and meetings. The Cambridge Union for panels and member events. And the central city offices along Trinity Street, Hills Road and the Newmarket Road corridor for law, finance and professional services.
Beyond those, I travel to your office or venue across Cambridgeshire, including Ely, Huntingdon, St Neots and the villages. Travel inside Cambridge is included. Anything further, I quote honestly before we book.

Why Cambridge businesses come back
Continuity is the quiet advantage. The second shoot matches the first: same eye, same editing, same standard, so your image library grows instead of fragmenting into five photographers’ styles. New joiners’ headshots match the team’s. This year’s recruitment imagery sits comfortably next to last year’s. That’s what the partnership clients are really buying: a visual standard that holds.
