Cambridge Corporate Headshots

Cambridge corporate headshots

Cambridge corporate headshots should do one thing brilliantly: make your team look confident, approachable, and professional — in a way that feels consistent across the whole business. We photograph Cambridge corporate headshots on-site for companies across Cambridge and Cambridgeshire, with calm direction for people who hate being photographed and a simple process that doesn’t derail the working day.

Whether you’re refreshing your “Team” page, updating LinkedIn profiles, preparing for PR, or onboarding new starters, we help you build a clean, cohesive set of headshots that your staff will actually use.

What you get

  • Consistent headshots across your team (same lighting, framing and finish)
  • A modern, credible look suitable for LinkedIn, websites, press and proposals
  • On-site setup at your office, co-working space, or venue
  • Calm direction that avoids awkward poses and forced smiles
  • Options for leadership portraits and small group shots
  • Natural finishing/retouching (polished and professional, not overdone)
  • Delivery in web-ready and high-resolution formats

On-site Cambridge corporate headshots with minimal disruption

Most teams don’t want a production. They want results — quickly and smoothly. We keep the flow simple: clear time slots, a consistent setup, and gentle guidance so each person looks their best in just a few minutes. That’s what makes Cambridge corporate headshots work for real businesses: a reliable process that’s easy on the calendar and easy on the people.

If you’d like a more “environmental” look (office background, workspace context), we can do that too — while keeping the images clean and professional.

What a headshot day looks like at your office

I arrive around 35 minutes before the first sitter to set up a portable backdrop, two lights and a small posing area. All I need is a room with a power socket and roughly 3 to 4 metres of clear wall. A meeting room, a quiet corner of an open-plan floor or a breakout space all work.

Once we start, the rate is steady. A half-day takes about 25 staff through at a comfortable pace. A full day takes roughly 50. Each person spends 5 to 7 minutes in front of the camera. I give light direction on posture, shoulders and chin, take 6 to 10 frames, show them the back of the camera if they want to see, and send them back to their desk. Nobody has to perform. People who hate being photographed tend to be fine within 30 seconds.

You receive a preview gallery within 24 hours so the team can pick favourites. The full edited set follows in 3 to 5 working days, colour-corrected, cropped to square and landscape, and delivered on a private link. I am happy to sign an NDA before the shoot, and I follow whatever site rules apply.

Wardrobe guidance for the team, which you can paste into a calendar invite: solid mid-tones photograph best, avoid bright white and tight stripes, bring a second top if you want options.

Who this is for

Cambridge corporate headshots are ideal for:

  • Organisations with multiple offices who want the same look across locations
  • Businesses updating their company website or “About” page
  • Teams standardising LinkedIn headshots across the company
  • Founders and leadership teams needing a credible look for press or investor decks
  • Growing companies onboarding new staff and keeping imagery consistent

Headshot styles (so the photos match your brand)

There isn’t one “correct” headshot style — it depends on how you want your business to feel. We’ll help you choose a look that suits your industry and brand tone:

  • Clean and neutral (classic, versatile, works everywhere)
  • Modern and bright (approachable, contemporary, recruitment-friendly)
  • Environmental (office context, still professional but less studio-like)
  • Leadership portraits (slightly more polished and premium, for senior roles)

What makes a strong corporate headshot?

A strong corporate headshot isn’t about heavy editing — it’s about getting the fundamentals right:

  • flattering light
  • a natural expression
  • tidy composition
  • consistent framing
  • a finish that looks professional but still like the person

That’s exactly what we aim for with every set of Cambridge corporate headshots.

Planning and scheduling (simple, not painful)

To quote accurately, we’ll ask for:

  • team size (how many people)
  • location (where in Cambridge/Cambridgeshire)
  • preferred date(s)
  • where you’ll use the images (website, LinkedIn, press, etc.)
  • your preferred style (clean background vs workplace feel)

If you’re photographing a larger team, we’ll suggest a simple rota that keeps things moving and reduces downtime.

Delivery that’s ready to use

Your final Cambridge corporate headshots are delivered as a tidy, consistent set — ideal for:

  • proposals and pitch decks
  • internal comms and recruiting
  • LinkedIn profiles
  • staff directory/team page
  • press releases and PR packs
