How gift vouchers work

Step 1: Choose a value or session type You can buy a voucher for a specific amount (e.g. £160, £210) or for a specific session type (e.g. “1-hour portrait session” or “90 mins couples session”). If you’re not sure what to choose, get in touch and we’ll help you pick the right option.

Step 2: We send it to you (or directly to them) Vouchers are sent as a beautifully designed PDF by email — ready to print, tuck into a card, or forward digitally. We can send it to you to wrap, or directly to the recipient on a date you choose.

Step 3: They book when they’re ready The recipient gets in touch with us to arrange their session at a time that suits them. We’ll help them choose a location, plan the shoot, and make sure they enjoy every minute of it. Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.

Valid for 18 months from the date of purchase. If they need a little longer, just get in touch — we’re flexible.

Any service. Vouchers can be used towards any of our photography services: portraits, couples, family, graduation, party, or even a wedding. If the session costs more than the voucher value, the recipient simply pays the difference.

Delivered by email as a professionally designed PDF — ready to print or forward. We can personalise it with a short message from you.

Last-minute gifts welcome. Vouchers are digital, so we can usually turn them around within a few hours — even on the same day.

Refund policy. Vouchers are non-refundable but are transferable — the recipient can pass them on if they’d like.

All sessions are outdoors by default; we’ll guide on light, routes and timings.

Life happens—vouchers are easy to schedule. Many recipients pick golden autumn at Wandlebury or spring blossoms along the Backs; we’ll suggest routes that avoid crowds and harsh light. Rescheduling for poor weather is straightforward.

Guidance before the session, the shoot itself, and edited digital images delivered via a private gallery. No hidden charges for the recipient—the voucher covers the session and edits.
