How we photograph Cambridge graduation day
We typically offer two practical options, depending on timings, weather, and where your college is:
Option A: Graduation day itself — We meet you before or after your Senate House ceremony and use the windows between events for efficient, polished portraits at your college and a few nearby landmarks. We work fast because we know the routes, the light, and the access restrictions.
Option B: A separate session (often better) — If having photos done in your gown isn’t essential, or if you’d prefer a calmer, less crowded experience, we often recommend booking a session on a different day. The town is quieter, we have more time, and the results are often stronger.
Both options include gentle direction, friend and family group photos, and a set of polished, edited images.
